Cancellations
At Jorixantel, we know that plans can change. This policy explains how you can cancel or change your order, what happens once your order has been shipped and when we may need to cancel an order ourselves. It does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Cancelling Before Shipping
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jorixantel.com or by phone at +49 176 58392047. Please include your order number, your full name and the email address you used for your order, and tell us whether you want to cancel the whole order or only certain products.
We prepare orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better. As long as your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company, we will cancel it, confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still use your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days of receiving your order and return the products as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Please keep all products unopened and with their seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as dietary supplements, herbal products and cosmetics can only be returned if the seal has not been broken after delivery.
Changing Your Order
If you would like to swap a product, add something to your order or correct your delivery address, please get in touch as soon as possible. We are happy to update your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If changes are no longer possible, you can cancel or withdraw from your order and simply place a new one.
Cancellations by Jorixantel
In some cases, we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, if your payment could not be completed, if an order appears to be fraudulent or unauthorised, or if we cannot deliver to your address. As we only ship within Germany, this also applies to orders with a delivery address outside Germany. If this happens, we will inform you by email and refund any amount you have already paid in full to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
Partial Cancellations
If only part of your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount for the cancelled products. Standard shipping within Germany stays free for the rest of your order, so no extra shipping costs will be charged.
