Orders are shipped once payment has been received in full.
Shipping

Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and the applicable German consumer protection laws. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as supplements and cosmetics can only be returned if the seal has not been broken after delivery.
