Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to many of our products, such as dietary supplements, herbal products and cosmetics. Products that are still unopened with an intact seal can be returned as usual.
Condition of Returned Products
For your safety and the safety of other customers, we cannot resell products that have been opened or used. Please only return products that are unopened, in their original packaging and with the seal intact. If a returned product shows signs of use or damage that go beyond what is necessary to check it, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover the loss in value.
How to Return a Product
Please send us a short email at info@jorixantel.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. Pack the products carefully, ideally in their original packaging, and send them to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed. Letting us know before you send your return helps us process it faster.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you prefer. If you are unsure which product is right for you, we are happy to help.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, a seal is already broken on arrival, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us at info@jorixantel.com as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos. In these cases, we will send you a replacement or refund your payment, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Statutory Warranty
You are entitled to the statutory warranty rights for defects (gesetzliche Mängelhaftung) under German law. These rights are not limited by this policy or by your right of withdrawal.
Refund Processing
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will confirm your refund by email. The refund is made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra business days to appear in your account.
